Reward offered for clues in cold-case killing of San Diego man

The San Diego Police Department is still trying to solve the cold-case killing of a San Diego man who was gunned down in the Mountain View neighborhood in 2011.

Police received calls about a drive-by shooting on Catania Street near Imperial Avenue around 10:47 p.m. on April 20 and found Christopher Dunn, 28, suffering from a gunshot wound.

Witnesses reported the suspects as two males in a 1990s white, two-door sedan, similar to a Honda Accord, with tinted windows, police said.

Dunn was taken to a hospital and died three days later, police said.

Dunn, a father of three, would have been 44 years old on Friday.

A reward of up to $1,000 is being offered for information that leads to an arrest, according to San Diego County Crime Stoppers.
