The registration deadline in San Diego County for residents who want to receive a mail-in ballot for the November general election is Monday, officials said. Voters who miss that deadline can still vote by casting a provisional ballot in person but will no longer have the option of voting by mail, according to the San Diego County Registrar of Voters Office.
